Change scores

ChangeScore(cost)	Change score based on a cost class.
ContinuousLinearTrendScore([time_column])	Continuous linear trend change score.
CUSUM()	CUSUM change score for a change in the mean.
ESACScore([threshold_dense, threshold_sparse])	The ESAC score for detecting changes in the mean of high-dimensional data.
MultivariateGaussianScore([...])	Multivariate Gaussian change score for a change in mean and/or covariance.
